Public Health leaders are advising residents of a summer COVID-19 surge. Emergency department visits and hospitalizations due to COVID-19 infection and evidence of SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes COVID-19 illness) in wastewater have all been increasing since early July.

ReCAST II aims to expand access to WRAP trainings throughout Mecklenburg County. We are therefore seeking dedicated facilitators who are committed to serving the community and would like to offer WRAP trainings.
The steps to become a WRAP Facilitator are as follows:
STEP 1: Register for WRAP Seminar I training. Learn more and register.
STEP 2: Attend a WRAP Seminar I training. Trainings will be from 9:00am – 5:00pm each day. You must attend BOTH days of training in full.
STEP 3: Complete WRAP Seminar II (facilitator) training on April 13-15. More information about the WRAP Seminar II training will be shared after completing WRAP Seminar I.
